About

A journey from engineering to the human element, guided by the quest for meaning and transformation

Who am I?

I am Daniel Zahnd, a guide in human and relational transformation.
For over 20 years, I have been helping individuals and groups function better together, clarify their communication, and create healthier, more effective, and more aligned working (and living) environments.

A path of transition

My career began in the technical field: after graduating in microtechnology from EPFL, I initially worked as a development engineer, then, after postgraduate studies in logistics, as a project manager in complex technological environments. For two decades, I coordinated multidisciplinary teams and led major projects with rigor, method... and a passion for continuous improvement.

But gradually, it was the human dimension that challenged me. I undertook a career change motivated by the desire to support people rather than develop machines. Training in benevolent management (MBA type) opened new perspectives for me, and I then completed this journey with a certification as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coach, both classic and New Code, leading toward a new form of programming: that of thought patterns, emotions, and relationships.

What I offer today

My support is based on three pillars: respect, communication, and systemics. Developed here.
I do not give ready-made solutions: I help you find them within yourself... sustainably.
French is my native language, and I am nearly bilingual in English, allowing me to provide services in both languages.

Adapted tools

Depending on the challenges, I integrate tools drawn from non-violent communication, mediation, collective intelligence, systemic coaching, practice analysis, and professional co-development.

My role: to create the conditions for people to regain confidence in themselves, in others, and in their future.
